Welcome to Grace Garden Hotel ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and/or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, in person, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid credit/debit card or payment method is required to secure your reservation.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00pm
- Check-out time: 12:00pm
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card at check-in.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation to avoid charges.
- Failure to arrive (no-show) without prior notice may result in a full charge for the first night or the entire stay, depending on the rate plan selected.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.
5. Payment
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- All rates are quoted in Ghana Cedis and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Additional charges may apply for services such as room service, minibar, laundry, etc.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and staff
- Avoid damage to hotel property
- Comply with hotel rules, including non-smoking policies
- Pay for any loss or damage caused during their stay
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these terms.
7. Liability
Grace Garden Hotel is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur due to guest negligence
- Events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions
Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes and take precautions with valuables.
8. Use of Website

- You agree not to misuse the website, including attempts to hack, damage, or interfere with its functionality.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
